Refund policy
RETURNS
We will happily refund any item within 30 days of purchase if it is returned to us unused and in its original condition.
We can offer a refund onto the original payment method or in the form of gift vouchers which can be used online.
FAULTY ITEMS
If a product is faulty in any way please let us know straight away and we will be able to offer a replacement, spare parts or a replacement item of similar use/value. If this is not suitable or applicable we can offer a refund onto the credit or debit card used for the original purchase or in the form of gift vouchers for use online.
RETURN POSTAGE
Please note once delivered the customer is responsible for postage costs for the package to be returned to us.
HOW TO RETURN
To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@teaera.co before sending any items back. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
